Unique Rotor & Stator Design:

  • Disperses air in the slurry for efficient flotation.
  • Maintains slurry in complete suspension through pumping action.
  • Mechanism includes a rotor coupled to a hollow shaft and a stator attached to the tank base.
  • Shaft connected to a bearing unit, driven by an electric motor with power transmission through a V-belt drive.

U’ Shaped Tank:

  • Prevents sanding at corners, maximizing tank volume utilization.
  • Eliminates dead zones for smooth equipment restart.

Control of Froth Depth:

  • Maintains uniform froth depth during cell operation.
  • Features an automatic froth level control system.
  • Connects to HART communicator for recalibration and setting adjustments based on process requirements.

Froth Launder:

  • Offers options of Single and double Launder for operational flexibility.
  • Adaptable to changes in ore characteristics over time, facilitating diversion of collected froth based on process requirements.
